This is the time of year where so much is happening in and outside of the classroom. Please make sure you are keeping up with what is happening within our school community by reading our school newsletter and accessing your student's canvas courses and your ParentVue. In addition, you may always visit our school website and the district website for up-to-date information.
The end of Quarter 3 is February 10th. All late work for MQ3 must be turned in no later than tomorrow, Monday February 6th. You will be able to access updated grades after 3pm on February 14th. Our next scheduled synchronous eLearning day will take place February 21st. On a synchronous eLearning day students will be required to meet with teachers virtually. More details and updated links for classes will be provided closer to the day. Remember that a student's attendance that day is dependent on their participating in the virtual class and completing required assignments.
Please help remind students that their safety and security is our top priority. Weapons, items resembling weapons, drugs and or drug paraphernalia are not permitted on school grounds. Students found in possession of these items will be subject to school consequences per our Student Success Handbook. I thank you for your help with this.
Finally, we will begin to sweep our school parking lots for untagged vehicles. Specifically vehicles parked in our student and staff lots that do not have the proper parking tag. All students driving on campus must have the proper driving credentials and must purchase a parking pass through our bookstore. Feel free to have students reach out to their grade level administration with any questions. Vehicles will be given a warning and then we will begin to tow cars that are not properly tagged. Check out our school newsletter for the parking pass link.
Thank you for all you do to assist us in supporting your student.
