Greetings, Warren Central Students and Families. I am Masimba Rusununguko-Taylor and I am honored to be named the next Principal of Warren Central High School. The privilege of serving Warren Township students and families brings me great joy. As a long-time Warren Township resident, parent, educator, and community member there is nothing I am more excited about than supporting the students and teachers within this great school district. There is much to be done to get ready for the 2022-2023 school year! Together, we will take a focused approach that involves the voices of staff, students, and families. I want to thank you in advance for your support and input.

Please note that the first day of school for all students is Thursday, July 28th.  School registration remains available online for the 22-23 school year. Both current Warren students and students new to Warren are required to register online. The high school's registration will kick off on Tuesday, July 19th from 2 pm to 7 pm for students in grades 10-12. All incoming Freshmen should plan on attending orientation on either July 20th or 21st. To accommodate schedules and ensure the most participation we are offering Freshman orientation in four sessions.

July 20th 11:30am-1:30pm and 5:30pm-7:30pm
July 21st 11:30am-1:30pm and 5:30pm-7:30pm

We are asking that you enter the campus off of either 16th or 18th street and park in one of the lots on the west side of the building. Freshmen will enter the building through door 27. Freshmen will begin their sessions in the WCHS Performing Arts Center Auditorium. For upper class registration, families will enter through door 21.

Lastly, MSD Warren Township in partnership with the Indiana Immunization Coalition will be providing a clinic to accommodate immunizations required for school age children and the COVID vaccine for individuals 5yrs and older on Monday, July 18th at Moorhead Community Resource Center from 3:00-6:00 p.m.  Please visit our school website or the district website for specific details regarding immunization compliance.

Again, it is truly an honor to be named Warren Central High School's next principal. I look forward to serving you and your students.
