Greetings, this is Mrs. Taylor, proud principal of Warren Central High School!
We are 10 days out from the end of the semester. Students are working hard to finish the semester strong. It has been exciting seeing students taking advantage of the many opportunities throughout the week and on Saturdays to get additional help and support. Please continue to encourage your students to actively participate in their learning. Teachers will enter and finalize grades on the 22nd. Friendly reminder the deadline for requesting early finals was December 1st. Students who did not request early finals prior to the deadline will need to prepare to take their finals and submit their projects on the assigned date.
As we enter these last two weeks of school, we continue to reiterate the importance of showing CORE in all that we do. Please encourage your students if they see something, say something. Students not choosing to show CORE and engaging in activities that violate our Student Success Handbook may forfeit their right to finish the year with us and/or start the year with us in January. We ask that students seek help when needed and allow adults to assist in mediating situations.
December 21st and 22nd will be early release days for all students. Students will be released at 1:20 on both days. Please plan accordingly. The school will resume for all students and staff on January 8th.
