Warren Central High School's Sunday Night Message

Greetings, this is Mrs. Taylor, proud principal of Warren Central High School.

We now have 15 days remaining in the semester. Students and staff are working to wrap up the semester and prepare for final projects, assessments, and performances. Friendly reminder that students must average a passing grade from the 1st 9 weeks and the 2nd 9 weeks to earn the credit. Students are encouraged to have conversations with their teachers to ensure that they have met all expectations or to get clarification on what they need to do to successfully earn all of their credits. Again, the goal is to finish strong.

Additionally, please note that we are no longer accepting requests for early finals. The deadline, as communicated in previous newsletters and messages was December 1st. If your student was approved for early finals/release teachers have been notified via a spreadsheet. It is still the students responsibility to reach out directly to the teacher for details on when, where, or how they will complete their final test or projects.

As we get closer to the last day of school we are noticing an increased amount of students not moving with a purpose through the hallways. Please help communicate to your students the importance of being in class on time and actively participating in their learning. Also, we want to reiterate the importance of showing CORE at all times.

Again, thank you for supporting us as we support your students. There is still time for students to push through over the next 15 days. Please make sure students utilize all of their resources.

Have a great evening!
