Good evening class of 2020 and families.  This is Rich Shepler, principal of Warren Central High School.  This evening, I am calling to provide details for phase 3 of graduation.   I am pleased to inform you that we have come up with a plan for an in-person recognition of each student in the class of 2020.

This recognition will take place over the course of three days to maintain a safe environment and adhere to social distancing guidelines.  We will host two sessions each day on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, June 16th - 18th.  These sessions will be split alphabetically by last name.   It is imperative that you attend at your designated time.   All graduates will be permitted to bring no more than five family members with them at the time of recognition.

All students and family members will park in Lot 4, on the southwest side of the high school campus.  Families will be dismissed from their vehicle and enter Door 32 of the high school.  Graduates will be escorted to the stage and families will enter the auditorium in front of the stage.   Each graduate will be greeted by the superintendent and myself and presented the ceremonial diploma cover.  Families will be permitted to take photos during this time.  Following the presentation of the diploma cover, the student and family will immediately exit the auditorium.

Each student will receive their diploma,  2020 class photo, and a copy of the Indianapolis Star in the lobby of the PAC.  After picking up these items we will ask that families exit the building.   It is critical that all families adhere to all guidelines for this event.

The schedule is as follows:
