Good evening, this is Rich Shepler, principal of Warren Central High School.   As we continue with eLearning, I want to remind all students of the importance of engaging in and completing the eLearning lessons that have been assigned.  Engagement in eLearning not only impacts your final semester grade and GPA but also your attendance record for this school year.   If you are having any issues with eLearning materials or access, please reach out to your teachers and cohort team for assistance.  Additionally, please make sure to check your SPAM folder in your email account to ensure that you are not missing any important emails from teachers or staff.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our calendar and the recent implementation of eLearning, we have moved the date of the quarter 4 midterm.   Midterm four will now end on Friday, May 1st, and grades will be available to view in Tyler SIS on Wednesday, May 6th.

I am happy to share that we will move forward with Summer School in a virtual format from June 3rd through June 26th.  Summer school will be offered at no cost to students.  Online registration will be Wednesday, April 29th beginning at 9 AM.  Students should access their Canvas account and check their email Wednesday morning for the registration link.  Students may sign up for two classes and the registration is first-come, first-served.   If you have questions about what classes you need to take during summer school, please contact your counselor.

Students that enrolled and paid in March are already registered in classes and don't need to sign up again.  Refunds will be mailed to all families of students who have already registered and paid for summer school.  We are currently working on processing refunds.   Due to limited staff and other restrictions, this process is taking some time.  We hope to have all checks mailed no later than June 1st.

Thank you for your time.  Have a good evening.
