Good evening Warrior Families! This is Rich Shepler, Principal of Warren Central High School. As the end of the semester is quickly approaching we want to encourage our students to stay healthy, and finish strong.
Final exams will be Wednesday, December 18th and Thursday, December 19th, with an early dismissal time of 1:20 pm on both days. We ask our families to please schedule any appointments around our final exam schedule.
We would like to thank all students and families that reached out concerning the social media threat last week. Safety and security is our top priority at Warren Central and we always appreciate that when you see or hear something that you immediately say something. Many people in our Warrior family shared helpful information in this instance that allowed our township police and IMPD to quickly identify and isolate the threat.
In a constant effort to ensure the safety and security of our building, we would like to remind all families that students should have their students ID’s on their person and visible at all times. Hats, hoods and wave caps are not to be worn in the school building. Furthermore, students found outside of their assigned area at any point during the school day, may be subject to disciplinary consequences.
Finally, we would ask that appointments in cohort offices be made outside of lunch time hours. We are happy to schedule meetings before 11am and after 12:30pm.
